My account is clearly throttled.
If you want me to leave your platform... SAY IT. Otherwise... stop artificially limiting my sales and exposure.

Many people here use what they call "posting ID's" However these people are true, long term, good sellers of many years. We live in a world of a lot of hostility. These people don't want their accounts sabotaged by whom ever. Most here are giving you their honest opinion and trying to help. Sorry for your situation and hope things improve for you. All the best.

I'm glad your customers have the sense not to be ordering live animals while it's still summer hot.

BUYERS? don't want to be doxxed?
Then why didn't they contact seller with a complaint before going public and postal?
Are we looking at the same posts?
Looks like the 'buyers' started the whole thing.

Posting negative feedback doesn’t warrant having one’s personal information made public.
And one or two negative feedback is one thing, this seller shows a pattern of bad transactions.

I feel sorry for the snails.

Well, the kids are going back to school now too, so people are buying supplies and clothes for them. That could be why, in addition to what others have said.

Given the length of the feedbacks, they read like chapters in a somewhat surreal novel.

May I suggest for the sake of your snails and other live animals that you ship your items with some dry ice in Styro Foam containers?
At least it gives them a fighting chance.

For real, I’m deadly allergic to snails and shellfish and I still feel bad for the dead shrimp and crawfish…

Kids are also going back to college with heavy tuition fees for people.

A site that relies LARGELY on the $ made when a seller sells- does not 'throttle' anyone. Is just a myth. The 'tiny' amounts they make with the 'new promotions' (which wasn't even a thing when people were still thinking they were being 'throttled') or 'store fees' just does NOT compute to be a 'good thing' to 'throttle' anyone.

I don't want to talk about it here, in public.
You've already mentioned it.
It's not a bad idea, and from what you reported it made a bit of a positive difference. I can understand why.
But I am not sure it's a viable long terms strategy for increased sales. It's also rather tedious. 😊
Nor will it work for OP, whose 21 negative feedbacks in the last year -- and his replies to same -- actually tell the whole story of why he is not making sales.

You certainly seem to have anger issues.

Posting a buyer's name and address on your feedback response is against the rules and can hurt your seller account. Your responses say a lot about you as a seller.
