Three Day Ban

Well today I copped a three day ban for a listing of a Washington State Patrol patch, which had been on my site for some months, ebay says it is against there listing policy, however that policy only mentions ( 

The following items can’t be listed for sale on eBay:

• Law enforcement and other government-issued uniforms, badges, or accessories, such as hats, jackets, or shirts,or replicas of these items
• Official emergency lighting systems or sirens, including lenses or LEDs for these systems                                  Despite an hour talking first to a customer service agent, then her manager I got on where as I probably expected, is very disapointing does it mean there should be no law enforcement patches on ebay, they don't seem to know

Looks like they finally caught you. Ebay does not allow sellers to list police items. It is too easy for someone to pretend to be an officer.

is a cloth patch not a badge, a badge is metal and to me at least a definite no no

yes ebay would lose a motza in fees if they banned all, I do know some  names are protected as FDNY, NYPD, LAPD, but there is no list of agencies patches you cannot list so is a roll of the dice
