This is the second time this happened to me. I listed a pair of sandals stating that they were "well worn". My listing was taken down for being" too used". What? Before listing I made sure there were others listed. Low in behold, after it was removed I checked and there is a load of them listed as" shoes well worn". UNBELIEVABLE. Any thoughts?

First, They are at it again.
Second, take the hint and stop listing them. Repeated removed items can end up with you being banned for life.

If it's too worn for eBay, it might be time to donate..
Sorry...

Your right.

Even better, throw them out..I cannot imagine wearing someone's well worn shoes..

I must be dense - why would anyone list "well worn" clothing, shoes, or accessories on ebay?? Most thrift stores (except maybe Good Will) wouldn't put such merchandise out for sale.

But why is it that some can and some can't?

Same reason some speed and don't get a ticket while others get the citation..
Their time will come round..

Why ask why?
The good news is that there are 4 million humans with a foot fetish of some kind or another. Maybe you'll find one on here who loves well worn chooze.

Just because others have listed "well worn" sandals does NOT mean it's okay to do so. You're on their radar now so do not list them again.

The eBay folks can't appreciate the Fetish World --- looks like you will have to stay in the "dark web" to sell you WELL WORN items ...

Type it in. You will be suprised how many peole bid on them

They might bid on "well worn" under garments too but they're not allowed either..

OP, years ago pretty college students were making a killing by selling panties and their pics were of them wearing the panties and promising that the buyers are getting the very panties that are in the pics. Rumor had it that they were getting cases of underware delivered to them by Victoria's Secret.
Because the conservatives raised a stink about the potential stink, ebay created rules that the item has to be cleaned before a used item can be listed and still some undergarments get pulled.
But the fetish crowd works around that. So if you are using the code words Well Worn, you also have to promise that the item is cleaned per ebay's desires.
BUT the others are right, you are now on ebay's radar and have some damage on the account because of the pulled listings. You can not relist the items on ebay without extreme risks to your account, even if you do it right. You should either toss them OR find another venue.
