The Global Shipping Program lost a package.

I sold a resident evil long box game to a customer in Mexico. The buyer used the Global Shipping Program for international shipping. The package was delivered to a person at the Global Shipping Program. (USPS tracking number: 9549011839022241370596)

The GSP tracking number: UPAAG000000032152231  (Days in transit 28 days. Not delivered yet!)

I lost the case and have to refund the buyer $149.99. I sent an appeal for this case. Do I have a chance to win?

Great news!  You never should have lost to begin with.  Them handling these issues is one of the perks of GSP.   Glad you were persistent & it paid off!
