Template Malfunction?

Is anyone else having a problem getting their description templates to load?  Been happening for a couple days now.  I can't get my templates to work for anything.

Can you use sell similar for an item that was listed with the template for the same result?

I've been cutting and pasting my template from other listings.  It's a new template so when I'm "selling similar" I have to update the listing with my new template.

I have that happen occasionally, but it always fixes itself if I just reload.
