I want to sell an item for the first time and i tell me to the selected tax rate is lower or greater than the maximum allowed value.

what should i do??

You may want to type your question in your native language and then use Google translator to changer it to English. You current post doesn't make much sense.

Are you actually registered to collect sales tax?

If so are you are registered in  one of the two remaining States (Florida, Missouri)  the DO NOT have Sales Tax collection managed

If you are located in one of the States with a Marketplace Facilitator law eBay will look after all Sales Tax matters you don't need to do anything (including filling out the tax table).

It sounds like you have selected your state in the drop down states tax list.   Go back to that list and select the blank entry that is at the very top of the list.   You should be OK then.   Ebay will automatically take care of the taxes for you.
