Tax Invoice?

I just noticed something new ... the Tax Invoice ... is this just a record of the sales tax eBay collected and remitted to the various states on my sales?

When you sell an item that is subject to tax, Ebay will collect it and deduct it from your payment. This is just a monthly statement of those instances. You have already "paid" these and will need report so you do not pay twice when it comes tax time.

The whole tax invoice thing is confusing for sure.  I give up trying to understand it.  I just hope the total "tax invoice" isn't going to be DUE!   Even the report you can download doesn't make sense.
