Hello Sellers---- Will all of these new tariffs on Chinese goods make the prices go up on Chinese items sold on eBay ?

I would venture to say that all Chinese goods no matter where they are sold will increase in price.
I am not an eBay employee. I'm a US eBay Community Mentor.

They aren't going to affect items sold by eBay sellers in China. The tariffs are paid by companies in the US when they import large quantities from there who in turn will pass on the cost to their buyers.
I suppose if a Chinese seller has a warehouse here they will be charged the tariffs when the merchandise enters the US but I suspect that most items sold ebay from Asian sellers are shipped directly from there.

No, silly one (<---humor font); the tariffs are paid by the Chinese and the US will be raking in loads of dough.

I'm sure that whoever pays the tariffs would never pass the cost on to the consumer!

So, I want to confirm that this part of your post was a joke, right? I mean, I don't want people to read it and think it's the truth . . . enough people think that's the way it works already, so let's not confuse them with satire!
