Is it possible that your sales tax registration papers have expired? Maybe you need to update them or resubmit them.

Yes two years ago when they started collecting taxes.

I have reloaded. They state they are having issues and no time frame in which it will be corrected.

So I was just wondering if anyone else was having this issue.

Yes I am having the same problem. It seems only postage stamps are affected. Here is the response I got:
