Suspicious Buyer

So I listed an item for 250 as a BIN, however they gave me a offer of 300. This account was created today and has 0 feedback.  What should I do? Will he do the shipping scam?

Deny the offer and add to your bbl. It is a scam anytime someone wants to pay you more then you are asking. Of course they will open a case and send you back an empty box or box of rocks.

Most likely they are hoping the extra money will dazzle you into accepting their offer.  Then you may get a fake You've Been Paid email, and they hope you take it at face value and just ship, without bothering to check your Paypal account to be sure clear payment is there.

Decline the offer, add to your BBL, as previously suggested.
