My account has been permanently blocked from selling on the platform, the reason is "low percentage of delivered packages", but I do not have a single undelivered package, all packages were delivered and left positive feedback, but two packages just do not have a green check mark in the eBay app that they were delivered, a month has passed since the buyer received them, but the status is still "delivering"

A bunch of letters have been written in support, but they just communicate with prepared speeches and that’s it, there are no specific answers, what should I do?

What does war have to do with it if the reason for the ban is different? I have been selling items on eBay since January 2021, and they decided to block me almost 3 years after the start of a full-scale invasion?

Was tracking info uploaded to each transaction that sold? And does that tracking show delivered?

All tracking numbers for packages have been added. But there are a couple of packages that were received by buyers and buyers left positive feedback, but on the eBay platform itself, these packages have the status "on the way". Although they were received a long time ago, because of this, they thought that the packages did not arrive and banned me forever ☹️

I know the buyers received the packages and left positive feedback, but what you need to look at is tracking.

 

Does tracking actually confirm delivery, or did tracking get stuck before items were delivered?

 

If tracking actually confirms delivery and eBay's system isn't recognizing that, then maybe customer service will help. If tracking does not confirm delivery so you're relying on buyer feedback as confirmation, eBay may not consider that. They're pretty strict with these performance standards for international sellers on the .com site.

As @wastingtime101 notes, IF you have verification that the two packages were delivered, then there is hope to get your selling privileges restored.

 

Were the two packages delivered to the USA?

 

If so, and if you have the tracking numbers, you can go to the USPS website (usps.com) and enter the numbers into the system there.   If USPS says they were delivered, then you can present that evidence to someone at facebook/ebay.   

 

Talking on the phone with eBay is a waste of time.
