I had a buyer from September leave me a positive feedback this morning.
"Read carefully the description of the item as it may not match the picture"
This buyer didn't even buy from me. They purchased and then requested to cancel stating wrong address and never repurchased.
The description matches the picture exactly. There are only two different batteries. One is removable and the other is an internal battery (two different listings). The one they purchased was the removable which is what is pictured.
Should I contact the buyer or just let it go since it's a green donut.

I would ignore it.

You should probably let it go as it's a green donut, plus the buyer's comment is about the listing, not the product, so eBay will probably not remove it anyway.
The title and description state that it's a Vector Maxray battery, and yet the photo shows a Dexcowin battery instead. It's not clear from your buyer's feedback which brand he would have received had he not requested to cancel. The description does suggest that the battery is used in both Maxray or Dexcowin devices, but you might want to make that more clear, and also maybe address the discrepancy between the stock photo and your Item Specifics.
I would also suggest taking out that boatload of manufacturer's description that's talking about the device itself, when all you are selling is the battery. The next problem you will have is with some buyer who thinks he's buying the whole thing and not just the battery. 😁

@discountdentalwarehouse You are the only person who will actually read what was written, everyone else will only be looking for any red donuts. Concentrate on selling and this will work its way down your page until gone. Don't give it another thought. Best of luck to you....

Nothing to stress over.........green is green.

@discountdentalwarehouse If it was for a canceled tx that was requested by buyer, eBay will typically remove it. Though I'm not sure if that's true when it's a positive, I had them do it recently on a Neutral.
Go here, follow the prompts, tell them the buyer asked to cancel the tx & should not have been able to leave FB, since there was NO tx & then left you a negatively worded positive. My bet is it gets removed. I've had great luck with this link:
https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp
They don't always let you know what they did, so just check your FB, they typically act very quickly on weekdays.

Please post if it was removed OP. I'm curious if it works for positives too. My negs & neut were removed within about 10 minutes from submitting.

If you have not already done so, block this buyer. You can ALWAYS reply to sketchy or unclear feedback, even positive.

Thank you for the link, I'll let you know.
And yes, I added buyer to my block bidder list already.
