How often do you get that shipping supplies credit?
I cashed in my fist one when i first opened my store. I was needing more supplies and was just wondering when the next one will be available.

Every quarter you get a coupon. 4 coupons a year

Quit while you are a head. I had a store since 2011. I never made a dime. After the store cost, listing fees, Sales percentage by eBay and paypal and the largest expenditure are shipping costs and materials when I averaged it all out I was the loser.

That has absolutely nothing to do with having a store ... it has everything to do with not knowing your expenses and factoring that into your profit margin projections when buying inventory to list.

Do all ebay stores lose money ... or just ones that aren't run well?

Basic store cost is $28 a month at most. I assume since you had the store since 2011, you were on the yearly subscription at $22/month. Starter store didn’t exist then.
So if you’re blaming opening a store as the cause of your loss, that means previous to opening a store you were only profiting $22 dollars a month?

No, some that aren’t run well can still make money. Just look at mine.

To answer your question.........which I had to scroll up to see since titles are no longer shown.........you get the coupon every quarter (every 3 months).......so if you opened the store in June and ordered in then.....we are now in the 3rd quarter so you can do it again......if you've already got it for this quarter, the next chance is Oct 1.

OK buddy. When you were selecting your store level did you go over the various benefits available for each level so you could make your best choice?
https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/run-your-store/subscriptions-and-fees.html
However that page did have a glitch for a period of time where it did not include the Shipping Supply coupon information, so maybe you reviewed it during that period of time, which is now fixed.
There is still some info missing on that page that is covered in the link below. I reported both of these issues to Ebay about 3 weeks ago. They fixed the one issue but not the other.

Yep, yep, yep.
That Premium Store subscription just puts me deeper in debt every month 😉 And big's Anchor store must be upside-down on it's mortgage 🙂

I make more money with a store than without one. I must be doing something wrong.

General reply:
If you can't make enough to cover your store fees in your first week of the month then you have no business having a store in the first place.
Just imho
