Store glitch

Anyone else having trouble with their store not showing up?  When I click on my icon it says "Sorry, this store was not found."

Re: Store glitch

My store shows fine to me.   The OP's does NOT show fine to me.   I get the same message in a big red box that their store was not found.

Has your store subscription expired perhaps?

Sometimes I've seen a momentary glitch where I have no listings, then seconds later they are all back.   But those types of glitches literally just last seconds.

Re: Store glitch

Oh interesting.  OP, if I go in via your FB Profile, I DO get to your store.   If I just click on the View Listings above & then click on the blue door, I get the bold red message that your store wasn't found.   Looks like a glitch to me, since I can access it one way, but not the other.

Your store popped right up.  No problem.

Re: Store glitch

Did a bit more digging, since I can see OP's issue if I access his store 1 way, but not the other.   It's some sort of glitch, but is NOT affecting everyone.

I can see my own store, both ways of accessing, I randomly tried 3 other users stores & I can see them both ways of accessing.  Something about yours, only shows when it's accessed one of the ways.   So it's not your subscription, your store is still there.   It IS some sort of glitch,  but I'm sorry IDK how to advise you.   Theoretically you s/b able to call Ebay & report, but we all know they won't get the nuance of this problem.

Re: Store glitch

Good way to get people to 'click' on your items and on your store- eh?

Re: Store glitch

Several of us are seeing exactly what the OP is seeing.   He/she has a legit issue with their store.

Re: Store glitch

I clicked 'View Listings'

Clicked a listing

Clicked 'view store'

It was there.

It was there for others as well.

So, I don't know what the issue is.

How ELSE would anyone view a store??

Re: Store glitch

There are multiple ways to access a store (& virtually everything else on EBay).  I explained in my post #4, the 2 ways I tried it.  1 way it works, the other way it does not & you get the huge red message - see post 4.

The OP is not imagining this problem or trying to get views, his problem is not only legit, it's easily recreatable depending on how you navigate to his store.

Re: Store glitch

Ok, so nobody would do it the way you got it to work and the way I did it is the same way you did it and I got it to work and you got a red line?

So again, click 'view listings' 'click a listing' click 'view store' (which IS the blue door), which is how ANY BUYER would EVER see it.

So, I still don't get the issue.

Maybe is was an issue earlier?

Re: Store glitch

There is still an issue.   When you click on OP's  "View Listings" tab & then click on his blue store door ( I don't click into a listing, I just click the blue door at the top of his listings list), several of us get this.  Arrghh, won't let me post my screenshot cuz it's a PNG, but it's the same screen shot as was posted in message 9 & it's still happening, I just did it.

AFA Ebay's navigations, everyone navigates in different ways, sometimes I've never even thought to navigate a way that someone does, but it's how they do it every day.   Both the navigations I used are super common to access a store & obviously someone did it or we wouldn't be seeing his error message.

My only point was it's a real glitch they are experiencing & not just an effort to get attention.   He has no way of knowing how a buyer will navigate there & both ways should be working & DO work for others stores.

As someone upstream pointed out, there seems to be 2 different URL's, so that likely has something to do with it, but it should be working & it's not.
