Starter Store

I downgraded my premium store to a starter store.  I thought I was able to list 100 fixed and 50 auction free each month.  I listed the 100 fixed price but when I go to list the 50 auctions, I'm getting charged.  Any idea what's going on?  Did I misunderstand what the store offered?

I don't know how to make it any clearer than I did in post #6, above.

You do not have an extra 50  free insertions.  That counter should not be showing up. It is a glitch. You do not have access to those insertions.   Starter Store subscribers get 100 free insertions, no more.

Your best chance to get a response to fix the glitch would be to post in the "Technical issues" discussion board. Meanwhile, just try to ignore it. Unlike so many other eBay glitches, this one isn't harmful, just annoying.

Hey, just so we are on the same page, you are very knowledgable about this stuff: this was NOT some eBay over night promotion like get 30% off if you list 1K listings or whatever. This is in stone on my summary page. It doesn't just disappear. Just need to clarify it isn't one of the usual off the cuff eBay promotional thingys. Thanks.

Hi, I think we cross replied. Will go to tech board to report. Thanks for your help. I have just let it sit since I am no where near using up the 100 for starter anyway but that 50 has bugged the H out of me since I don't need to be charged by ebay to have that even showing on my account. Especially since I had to call into CS since they were charging me some kind of $ figure as though they were charging me again for the basic. Thanks again.

If it looks like the one in the OP's screen shot, with 50 free insertions starting at midnight on the first and ending at midnight on the first of the next month, then that is the counter for nonstores and it should not be showing up.
