Some nasty feedback?

Buyer left me this. He can't read the description and his wife got mad at him when the product came. Asked online for EBay to remove. Doesn't this violate policy? Can I call the EBay phone person a POS?

The following and similar food items are not allowed:

• Unpasteurized dairy products (except cheese that follows government guidelines)
• Unpasteurized fruit or vegetable juice
• Wild mushroom (except for morel and **bleep**ake mushrooms)
• Ackee fruit or seeds
• Expired food
• Government assistance benefits that can be used for food

Expired products are not allows on ebay.  Not that they go bad the instant the date passes, it's just an ebay rule. That said,  that three letter message should get the feedback removed. You have to click the help and contact link at bottom of page. It might take more than one try as every rep is different and might not know what that stands for.
