Ebay keeps changing the format of the Sold notification messages. Changes in certain keywords of the messages affect the processing of our eBay orders. The most recent change is an epic failure. It seems like eBay does not even check how the message looks - Subject line showing "Your eBay item sold! )". Where is the QA team?
