Sneaker authentication issues?

Anyone having authentication denied issues with NY?  I just received notice a pair of Nike tennis shoes. $80 that I got at Nike outlet in a marked box, were not  authentic.   They were dh0219’s. New   Size 12. Looked great.   This happen to anyone else. (Similar story).    Thx

I definitely wish I would have seen this before I sold shoes here. First one of the pairs I sold, the box mysteriously showed up empty to the facility in Vegas then the 2nd pair of legit, purchased from Nike failed authentication. I cancelled all the other pairs I had selling on eBay because they obviously don't have things together over there. I'm tempted to go buy another pair at a Nike store, ask for 2 copies of receipts, take a picture of myself at the register paying for the shoes and I bet they still fail authentication. Ridiculous

I also noticed it wasn't available on a pair of shoes I was running just as auction.  When I added Buy-It-Now it became available.  Does that ring true with you all?  Its my first time listing shoes.  The Costomized idea seems much better!

I personally removed all items and try not to list anymore that go into "Authenticity Guarantee" bucket after eBay turned off couple of sneakers that were DOUBLE authenticated before. There are other platforms I can sell from. I also know cases were people sold their own high-end designed items officially purchased from legit retail locations and were turned off as not authentic. My recent purchase of brand new authenticated Nike Dunks for my son on eBay raises big concern after a month of use and I'm going to discuss it with Nike soon.

To summarize: Sorry eBay but your authentication is VERY VERY questionable process.
