I went to the eBay for business Facebook page and saw a "New program" called  Smart Best did I miss an announcement somewhere? Any facts or opinions? :smileysurprised:  :smileysurprised: Sugar

Sounds to me like they are going to ADD best OFFER to Part-time and occasional Sellers and add a low and a high best offer for the Sellers.

I see a problem with that...How do they know what I got into the item? IF free shipping is offered it is a possibility that the price would go too low and the Seller would lose money on it. Sugar
