Sold an item(s) found a item that should have been included at time of sale. How do I obtain a screen that will list my sale items from the beginning of 2022 so that I can send the item to customer with my sincere apologies

unless you print out records of your sales or can find it in your feedback you may not be able to do this...

Go to SELLER HUB, PAYMENTS, REPORT (enter "start date" and "ending date"). This will show every sale that was made.

Go to Payments->All Transactions
From there, select a custom date range. And you should be able to find the order. Click on the order and the address info should be available.

If it's over 90 days old, good luck hunting for it. It may be difficult to eventually find it, but others here may help out... I would like to see eBay extend the 90-days all the way to a full year, at least.
This is one of the reasons why I print out a paper record of every sale I make, and keep it for at least 7 years. To do this, right after shipping a sale find the info in your Seller Hub>Orders>Paid and Shipped>go to each sold item's drop-down box>View Order Details>then print it. All on one page, it has all the information you will probably ever need: Purchase details, Shipping details, Tracking #, buyer's shipping address, even the buyer's phone number, which I've had to occasionally (but very rarely) access in years past.
I always keep this record for reference in case there ever is a question or problem with the buyer, eBay, shipping service, law enforcement, or even the IRS and filing taxes.
Cheers, Duffy

Just looked up one of my sales.

And another Sept 1, 2021 with the same results.
March 8, 2021 "ditto"
