Shipping Label Problems

i made a sale of a laptop, I did not understand the seller who was going to pay for the shipping,so I did the shipping lable and I bought it for 17.95, i pay for it with my paypal account,  then I got the message from the seller that he had already, he sent me the adress to my email, so someone can help me as I ask for the refund of my money please do not want to lose that money since it is enough for me. I try to make the refund but it does not leave I do not understand as I already send a message to the mail that they left me but they do not respond.

I can see you have a laptop on your listings. Is that the one you said you sold? It should not be on your listings. Did the buyer buy it on ebay and pay on your paypal.

I hate to say it but it sounds like you are being scammed.

Always log into your Pay Pal account and make sure the payment is there and it has been completed and it says it's OK to ship the order.

If you have the shipping set up corectly, the buyer will pay you the fee shipping fee at the time of purchase, then you purcahse a shipping label.

Always ship the items to the address listed in the Pay Pal transaction.

If you get an email asking to mail to a different address, don't do it because they are trying to scam you.
