Sending an invoice

Quick question... if a buyer contacts me requesting to combine an order, is there a way for me to send them an invoice or do I have to guide them through the process of submitting an invoice request?

You can't send an invoice until a purchase has been made or until the buyer has requested an invoice through the cart.   Since you have immediate payment required on your listings, the cart would be the only option. 

Taking off immediate payment isn't necessarily the way to go either since ebay often adds ipr without the seller requesting it. Since the majority of your listed items are cards, it would be best to set up combined shipping on the cards in your shipping preferences...that way buyers wouldn't have to request an invoice.
