Sending Offers Through Messaging System

In the old email system, you could send a potential buyer an offer when you received an email inquiry from them. 

How do you send a potential buyer an offer through this current messaging system?

-The first thing you do is click on the message

-Next: I have seen the Reply with offer on the first message from a potential Buyer on BIN items in the upper right hand corner of the new message flow page.

I will send you a message on one of your BIN items and you can look for that link.

There's a button at the top of the message @cardsforauction but it will only appear if the buyer is eligible to receive an offer. Some reasons a buyer may not be eligible:

- Buyer already received a seller initiated offer for that item

- Buyer turned off offers in their communication preferences

- Buyer is blocked by your buyer requirement settings for things like unpaid items or location

- It's a variation listing therefore not eligible for offers

Thanks. Your message I see it.  I must have already sent an offer to someone who then sent me a message or they turned it off, because I did not see the "Reply with Offer" on their message.
