Sending Coupons

Having trouble figuring out the whole coupon scenario.  Could someone just walk me through how to send a coupon to a customer?  Site is asking for pictures, etc.  What pics do I have to include if the coupon is good for everything I sell? I find it a bit confusing and can't find where some simple steps are....thanks!

Also, I don't think this even shows up anywhere but the page that shows all the promotions that you are running. Simplest thing is to choose a photo of any item in your coded coupon sale.

I'm not seeing what the connection is here between the coupons and sending pictures. I have no experience with coupons so I can't speak to those at all, but if you're being asked for photos, you can attach up to 5 to an eBay message (such as in a reply to the buyer's original message). You do not (and should not) send them from an outside email address, as that can open you up to offsite scams such as fake payment notifications or shipping directives.

On the other hand, if you're getting requests for more photos, you might want to add them to the listing instead, in case other prospective bidders or buyers are wondering about the same things.

Thanks for your reply.....photos are being asked for when setting up the coupon.  I can get through the process of creating a coupon up until the site asks for photos.  I have no idea what photos to upload as the coupon is supposed to be for all items unless otherwise stated.  I'll keep trying.

ANY photo. They show you three of your items randomly and you can add one if you'd rather . Than just pick one and be done with it. It's just to provide a graphic. Don't overthink this.

Of course, if you were doing a Christmas sale, it would be good to choose a Christmas item....but basically, this is no big deal. I think you could probably use a photo of your store logo or whatever.

eBay always picks the same three items for photos for me for store things. For some reason eBay always picks those items from catergories I don't really focus on but, happen to have a few of in my store. It's good to know that the phot I pick they will use. Thank you.
