Sending An Offer In The App

Hi everyone.  The send offer in the app changed to percentage off.  I can't seem to figure out how to change that to an amount instead.  I can do it on  the computer though.  Is there a way to send an amount instead of percentage off in the app?  Thanks!

I believe it used to be there, but it appears to be gone now, so you are left with percentage off as the option.

Thank you!  It was there before the app updated.  I will do it on the computer.

I hope it's okay to add my related problem here. If not, I'll start a new thread.

I'm using a laptop, not the app, but I still can't send an offer that is a dollar amount off. Although the tiny help icon says I have that option, as well as an "offer amount" option, the only thing in the pull-down menu is "percentage off."

Did eBay take away the options that are easier for sellers? Or am I doing something wrong?

It's usually ok to add on to a thread unless your problem is very different, or the thread is old.  I think you're ok here.

Are you sending offers for more than one item at a time?  I can send percentage off or specific amounts for a single item, but it's always a percentage if you select multiple and send offers on more than one at a time.

I can see why that would need to be a thing.

I had 2 items suggested by eBay in the Send Offers pop-up. I removed one with the trash can icon, but I still have only "percentage off" as a choice in the pull-down.

It's a Buy It Now/Good Till Cancelled item, if that helps.

Actually, your answer just gave me an idea. Instead of going through eBay's Send Offer link, I went to the item in question in my Active Listing feed, clicked Send Offers for that item alone, and it worked.
