Selling restrictions

I have various third party minifigures that are NOT made by Lego that my kids don’t want anymore. I posted them as NOT being Lego, but being compatible with Lego.  Not sure what I’m doing wrong because I clearly state in the descriptions that the items are NOT authentic Lego

It appears 'Mini Figure' is also a Lego TM, this may be a problem.

Also relisting and changing things might not be good enough, perhaps try starting completely new listings.

List them on another platform, like Facebook Marketplace, or another in-person pickup platform. Don't ship them, just do pickup only for cash. 

You're on Vero's radar now, and you will end up losing your ability to sell anything on eBay if you keep trying to list them. And yes, there are a ton of others that just haven't been caught yet.
