I'm asking if anyone can tell me how to remove selling restrictions from my account. I have no idea how it got there, other than my id was hacked in February. I've spoken to customer service 6 times and can't get a response that works. It says that a buyer can only purchase 2 things every 10 days. It's really a much longer story but I'm hoping that I won't have to get into it.

You are sure you did not set buyer limits? Check the setting in buyer preferences. There are limits you can set to limit how much and how often a buyer can buy from you. Sort of sounds like one of those settings.

Go to your Buyer Management page: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
Take a look at the third box under the "Buyer Requirements" heading. Sounds like it might be set to 2 items/10 days:

No, the only buyer restrictions that I have set are in regard to blocked bidders. After I was hacked, all this came into play. Two of my very good buyers have asked me to reconcile this, but I can't seem to find out where I can do this. It must be an eBay thing when an account is hacked and there has to be a way to change this, but I can't figure it out.

What you're describing is the exact effect of the seller-controlled buyer restrictions. Have you double-checked those settings?

Sorry, that's only for blocked buyers. I'm sure you understand how frustrating this is.

I'm not sure to whom you're responding, since you clicked the "Reply" button on your own post instead of the post to which you were replying, but if you look at my Message #3 above, Box #3 is not for blocked buyers only. It's for any buyer who has purchased (or are winning bidders on) X number of items in the last ten days. The word "block" in the sentence is used as a verb; i.e., "Please block any buyers who are currently winning . . .
I would repeat @releasethekraken_1's question: "Have you double-checked those settings?"

Where can I find limits you can set to limit how much and how often a buyer can buy from you.

The link was already given to you in message #3.
