Register in Sri Lanka as a business

Get a Payoneer account.

Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.

It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.

You don't have to register as a business account on eBay to sell on eBay.

Once you make an account you can't edit it. The edit button to change it to a business account will be grayed out.

The business account you need is a Sri Lankan business license. After you attach a Payoneer account you'll need to attach a credit card for seller fees that don't come out of your payouts.
