Hi everyone,
I am new to ebay selling. I have listed an auction style item. I have listed it 3 days before. But unfortunately, Now I cannot go to the post office, because the government put curfew in my area due to COVID 19 cases. So if I cancel my auction style listing before the end date, is it affect negatively to my ebay account. Please give me a solution for my problem.
Thanks for you all. Hope to see a fair solution for my problem.

If you can't ship the item(s) then you must end the listings. Regardless of what the cancellation penalties might be for ending a listing early, they are less than the penalties for failing to ship an item that has been paid for. End your listings immediately (or use the "Time away" option if it's available to you.
In the US, there is no penalty for ending a fixed price listing early. If an auction has received bids, then there is a penalty fee equal to what the final value fee would have been. But that is not as bad as the defect that you would get on your account if the item sold and you couldn't ship it. The defects that you get for canceling a transaction can get you permanently suspended from selling.

Do you have a computer and printer at home? You can arrange a pick up with the post office and hand it to your carrier?

Never mind.

You can also more than likely talk to customer service and have the final value fee reversed as well.
