Selling on Facebook

How does selling on FB work?  Is it under your eBay Id or your FB account? Do you join one of the groups listed under eBay?  Thanks for any info

I don’t really know, I haven’t a clue how it works at all.  I prefer not to bombard my FB friends with a bunch of stuff I’m peddling on eBay lol😟
