Selling notifications

Why do my selling notifications go to my old email account? I've changed my eBay email, I'm trying to eliminate my old email.

If you're 100% sure you have changed your email with ebay for notifications then it's a glitch.  Contact ebay.

But in most cases it's user error. The user thinks they changed it but they didn't.

Also, there can be a delay as your changes 'sync' between all systems that need that information.  If this was done within the last day or two you may just want to give it another day or two if you are 100% sure you updated your contact info email in https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile.

I changed the email on one account and now I get duplicate emails to both. Go figure.
