Selling link not working

Anyone else having problems listing?  The listing format is not opening.  When I hit Create a Listing, it just goes back to Active listings, where I am.  Don't seem to be having problems with anything else.

Still don't understand why I can't get there.  I rebooted, and cleared cache.

You aren't the only one having this issue. The problem has been posted to the Report eBay Technical Issues  board by another member.
