Selling limit issue

Hello everyone!

I am new to eBay and I have two accounts. The first one I made a while back and started selling last month. It’s limit is 5, but says there’s a promotional for 250. It doesn’t work. However my new account that I made last week does have the 250 selling limit. How can I get my first accounts selling limit promotional to work?

It depends on what your personal monthly listing limit is.

If your personal limit is 5 it won't let you use the 250 offer.

So my new account has the 250 monthly selling limit because it was opening during the promotional?

Is there a particular reason you can not use one account for all of your listings ?

If so, I would use the account that has no limits and the 250 free and cancel the other 2.
