Selling limit increase

How does one go about getting a selling limit increase? I have never been allowed to sell anything and am limited to zero items for zero dollars per month. I have tried to contact customer support but so far it has not been of any help in this.

You have to be enrolled in managed payments and give eBay your SS# to sell.

You have to link a checking account for payouts and attach a debit or credit card for seller fees that don't come out of payouts.

Read this to add or update your checking account.

Make sure the ACH routing number is correct because it isn't necessarily the routing number on your checks.

You can list without being signed up for MP, however I wouldn't suggest it as your money is held until you actually register for MP and get approved.

If the OP has not set up their account to be a selling account is likely the problem.  You can't just use a buying account to start selling from without giving Ebay the information they want so you can be a seller.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.

Is your account set up as a selling account.  You do that in your Site Preferences.

Resolved! I want to thank everyone for your help and suggestions. I talked to customer support and they had to manually override the selling limit of zero items which will now allow my account to function. Again, thank you.
