Hi... I want to sell my phone. I live in Colombia and my target customer will be in the US or Europe. Does eBay provide a means to sell this cheaper than if I shipped it on my own directly to the buyer?
Ebay has some international shipping programs if you are shipping from the US or the UK but as far as I know, there is nothing similar in other countries. You would have to arrange shipping yourself.
