Selling an itewm

Two days ago I received an email from Ebay telling me I had an offer on an item I had listed. The email told me the offer was open for 73 hours. Below this was a button marked RESPOND. I clicked on the button and was taken to a page which said "You have no items for sale" DUH!!! I have incidentally 3 items for sale. I could find no way of getting help for this problem. What is it with Ebay's website. I lost a sale because of this. Thanks for nothing Ebay.

When I click on your ID/Listings, it shows that nothing is listed.  Is there a different ID these 3 listings are listed with?

They have one item listed on .com.au and they're registered in Australia- they probably don't realize they're on the .com discussion boards.

I would never click on links in eBay email because email can be fake. Maybe in my messages.

You should use the bids/offers list in My eBay to view offers, and not from links which can be corrupt.  I have suspicions already because offers expire in 48 hrs in AU.

I see only one item for sale.

Sorry you're having a problem.
