Hi, Could someone advise me whether I can sell wine on eBay? I make homemade wine and do it on a small scale. I do not possess any license or approval of somewhat as I am a small-scale home-based seller.
Thanks & have a nice day

Absolutely not.

Wine can be sold but sellers have to have approval to sell. You'd likely need to verify you are licensed in your state and collecting the appropriate taxes. Probably so many other qualifications you'd be disqualified.

You cannot sell wine on eBay unless you are approved by eBay to sell wine.
And you cannot sell homemade wine anywhere in the USA:
Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau

Others have already mentioned the difficulty with selling wine. Even if you get approved there are a load of other issues with shipping it.

NO. You cannot sell wine on eBay without approval, and you could never get that approval for a number of very good reasons. And under no circusmstances can you sell home-made wine in the United States, anyhow.

I would think there will also be international constraints for shipping homemade alcohol products from Sri Lanka to other locations - in addition to it being prohibited on the US site.
Perhaps sell it locally? Is that allowed in Sri Lanka? Would research what your requirements are to do so, if at all. Heavily monitored/restricted here in the US, etc.
Good luck, be safe.

The way your economy is going you might want to hang on to it, you might need it.
