You must have at LEAST 30 days of active selling first.
When a seller desires to increase their selling limits, they are allowed to request an increase once every 30 days. Mark your calendar and every 30 days request an increase until you have your selling limit well above anything you think you will ever need. Below is a link to where you can go to ask for a selling limit increase. It is the third option in the link below.

eBay will review your account every month and adjust the limits automatically based on your sales volume and the feedback you've received from buyer. So you have to wait untill it happens or you can reach out to eBay customer support for more information.

The prerequisite to that is the seller must have a minimum of 30 days selling experience. The OP has yet to sell their first item. The OP needs to get more items listed and sold so they have some selling history to review.

Your account is still very new. Over time the limits will ease off. Just have to wait and build a feedback track record.

Hello and welcome.
Once you have some successful sales, you will be in a stronger position to get an increase in your selling limit. My advice to you is to carefully select and list your three items, avoid policy violations, and provide good customer service so that you have happy buyers.
It can be tough at first to get established on eBay. Use this time to learn as much as possible about selling here, including all the policies and procedures that govern the site.
Wish you much success. Below are some links that you might find beneficial. Best of luck to you.

Until you sell some items, your limits will stay the same as they are now. You have one item listed and no prior sales. A straw hat. You may want to branch out and try to sell something that thousands of others sellers are selling for much less and they don't have to wait weeks/months to receive it from Sri Lanka.
Good luck to you.

I only see one item listed and nothing sold. You need to list the other 2 items.
Your title has words that shouldn't be there. It is not a fedora or a cap. It is a women's straw sun hat. A hat is not described as "100%." You have the word hat 3 times in the title when saying it one time is enough.
In the US we would like to see how many inches wide it is and and how many inches tall it is.
Is it a small, medium or large size hat? You didn't say.
You don't need to say what the payment choices are because eBay has the payment methods in the listing, and and at checkout. BtW, you left out Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
