Ebay has a rule against selling EGift cards, but I see lots of listings for those. They say "instant delivery." What is the rule exactly? Thank you. I'm sure this has been asked and answered before but I can't find it.

The following types of gift cards aren’t allowed:

Electronically delivered gift cards (from non-approved third party retailers)
Prepaid credit cards (or money cards) from American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa
Store or merchandise credit in the form of a receipt
