Hello,
Now let's move directly to the problem that happened to me, I want to know when 5 defective transactions from my UK region account will be reset, considering that 2 of them were left more than a year ago, there are strong restrictions on my account and this has been going on for a year, how is this possible? BBE rating is not updated, it has been static for over a year.
I also got restrictions on the America region because I cancelled the order (order number 02-12426-81374)(item number 356213383977), but this was done because there was a postal workers strike in Canada, the goods physically could not have arrived, it is not my fault. You can cancel this, I have already received compensation from eBay for another listing because the buyer issued a return because he did not receive the goods in Canada.
Also, this rating was violated due to a neutral review left by the buyer. He left such a review only because the item did not fit him in size (the measurements were indicated), that is, he was satisfied with my work. We agreed that the goods would be sent back, everything is fine with that. After the buyer found out what restrictions were imposed on me, he was shocked and deleted his review, because he did not think that it could have such a bad effect on me. Another neutral review was left because the T-shirt did not fit the person, the measurements were indicated. And in fact, for all my "defective transactions" there are comments that I would be happy to dispute, since I have been in this business for more than 5 years and have a 100% seller rating and many satisfied regular customers around the world.
I am sure that you can help me and we will solve this problem in the shortest possible time, for my part, I am ready to make the maximum conditions to achieve this. Thank you for your attention.

No one here can help you.
This is all buyers and seller like yourself.
Im not sure when or how BBE ratings drop off or change.
Im not sure how you get them fixed.
I am not sure that the Canadian strike is a reason not to ship.
Again, no one here can "fix" any of the issues you have.
