Please tell me how to sell degital item on ebay, ex; e books ,pdf file .and how to add tracking  numbers

Once your country allows you to accept PayPal, find something worthwhile to sell. You cannot sell digital products and there are no tracking numbers available for digitally delivered goods.

First you need to find a way to get paid.

Sri Lanka does not allow Paypal to be used for payments.

However, PP cannot be used for digital transactions, which in any case cannot be tracked and are not covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Nor are sellers of digital items protected by eBay.
