Seller away message

How do I post on my eBay account that the seller is away until December 6 ?  - - I could not find any information on that subject - and eBay never answers a phone call ever????   why is that - they make plenty of money off of what I sell??   Appreciate any help in posting a "seller is away until December 6" to my eBay Selling account
