Re: Seller Hub

There have been a few reports, to help solve the issue can you confirm the following:

Device

Browser

Zoom browser function active?

Standard Display Resolution (1920x1080 preferred)

I'm on a desktop with 1920x1080 display, I can go to 125% zoom in Chrome or FireFox and still have three columns.

Re: Seller Hub

Different sellers will see different boxes and in different orders.  We all can customize our SH and rearrange the boxes.  Add boxes and delete boxes.  Go and click on the CUSTOMIZE button on the upper right side and select the boxes you want to see.  Then while in the Customize mode, you drag boxes to get them in the order in which you'd like to see them.  It is really easy.

For me, my stop three boxes Listings, Orders and then Seller Level.  In that order.  The top areas that I need on a regular bases.  And remember, check your Seller status details at a minimum of weekly so you can see any problems coming down the road before it becomes a Crisis.

Re: Seller Hub

I have not seen a change.

It only takes a moment to check under the Customize button to see if something changed there.

@slippinjimmy suggest was also a good one.  You would be surprised at how often that is the problem, especially with display type issues.

Clear your cache and your cookies.  The shut down you device and let it rest for a minute or two.  Start it back up and see if things improve.

If they don't, change your browser and see if that helps.

These are all things that will likely help you to resolve your issue.  It will only take a few minutes of your time to do everything that has been suggested so far.

Re: Seller Hub

Yes @partsforcomfort I noticed this change to 2 columns on the Seller Hub Overview page several days ago on one account, while on another account there are still 3 columns. This change to make the window panes wider was made by eBay - my zoom % on my browsers has not changed.

I can get back 3 columns if I zoom out, but everything is, of course, smaller. So it's a trade off. You have to decide which is easier for you to live with - shrinking everything smaller than it was before or going with the new 2 wider column flow.

For what it's worth @slippinjimmy , this appears more like an intentional change. Either a test, or a phased rollout, which explains why not all accounts are seeing it.

Even my own accounts, I can look at 2 different accounts on the same browser with the same page zoom and resolution, and I see 2 different layouts (2 wide column on one account vs 3 standard column on the other account).

The account with the 2 column view is always opted in really early to Seller Hub and other types of changes. Sometimes I see these changes 6 mos before they roll out to the majority of sellers.

Not ruling out a glitch of some kind, of course. But since other seller hub format changes have been rolled out recently (most minor, some slight spacing changes, and other small things people may not even notice) that leads me to think this change is also intentional.
