I'm trying to list some books/magazines but after typing in the description and clicking-Select condition-Graded-Ungraded comes up. How do I get to the right category? I've tried typing in Book as the first word in the description but no change, still get the Graded Ungraded. Same with the first word Magazine.

I usually just click on another item that I have listed and use the 'sell similar'. Then I change the pictures, category, title, item details, etc.

Are you trying to list these books/magazines in some other category than "Books"?
That may be why are are running into the "graded/ungraded" problem.
Since you already seem to be listing other items under "Books, Movies & Music > Books & Magazines >Magazines," why not just use the same process?
Keep in mind that magazines can not be shipped at USPS Media rates.

"...How do I get to the right category? ..."
can't you just go to the listing, scroll down to "Category" and click edit on the right side to put the right category for the listing ?

I'm trying to list under books. I have a separate payment method for magazines, had trouble with buyers selecting media on stuff that shouldn't be. I was just paying the difference until "Community" told me what I was doing wrong.

If you are attempting to list books under "Books," you should not be asked whether the books are "graded" or "ungraded."
I list books every day, and I am never asked those questions -- unless I am attempting to list some books under "Collectibles" or other non-book categories.
Can you show us a screen-shot of what you are seeing?

I just tried to enter the description question again and the correct screen came up. All I have done since posting the original question is I turned off the computer for a while. Who knows, like taking your car in to the mechanic because it's missing and it runs great. Thanks for the reply. I'll try posting again tomorrow and see.
