Scammed

Hi 

Today I got scammed by a user with a pickup scam scheme he told me to send him the code and I did out of stupidity

I tried contacting support but live chat isn't open until 3 hours 

I am afraid that even if I contact them they won't be able to refund me because it had a pick up delivery even tho its just a digital code

Can anyone help me with this matter?

I don't believe eBay will help you get a refund Providing them with the code is proof of delivery.

File a chargeback with your credit card co.

Yeah I didn't get anything he just sent me a used code off the internet after calling him a scammer

He might think that the used code could save him from getting the money refunded
