I've received 2 offers on 2 different items. I don't have ship internationally turned on. These 2 people ask for PayPal address or what me to text them about item. Their shipping address is out of US. They have no real reviews. What should I do

So I looked at your items, expecting to see cell phones, computers or expensive bags...you're selling old stone items and some glassware...this stuff attracts scammers??
Buyers have NO need for your phone number. If they want to know something, they can ask through Ebay messages. 99.999% of the time, when a "buyer" wants your phone number so they can text (or call) you, you're being set up to be scammed. Never, ever give out your phone number or email address.
We seem to be getting closer and closer to a situation where nobody is responsible for what they did but we are all responsible for what somebody else did. - Thomas Sowell

Warning!!!
As others said, a buyer never needs your PayPal email nor your phone number to conduct business on eBay. It is in fact a policy violation to share contact information thru eBay Messages. Scammers use such ploys, hoping a new buyer doesn't know the rules well enough to protect his own interests.
Your items are not in a high fraud category, but all the same, always insist that buyer communication take place on eBay. They may be wanting to take the transaction off the platform, which can get a seller sanctioned by eBay.
Many overseas buyers use forwarding services in the States. Often, altho the buyer may appear as an international customer, they will change their address to a domestic destination when they pay for their item.
But asking for contact info is a big red flag. So glad you came here to double check!
