I have 15 or so saved searches. Common stuff that gets listed everyday. Ebay would always send an e-mail when something has been listed that meets that criteria. The mail would come at 6:00 every morning. After the daylight savings time change, they never adjusted their clocks and they show up after 7:00 now. Sometimes like today, the mail never arrived. Who's minding the store?
I sell and buy on ebay. If I'm not getting the notifications for the stuff I'm watching for, the customers that are watching the stuff I may be listing are not getting their notifications either. Be very careful paying extra $ for promoted listings on this platform. It is really not managed very well and this is just 1 example I have noticed.
