Saved Drafts - not working/how does it work?

Saved Drafts says I have 20 drafts saved but when I click on it nothing is there.  How do I get them back or where do I find them?

My drafts are all there. Did you clear your browser history and cookies? Did you try another browser?

How old were the drafts - if 30 days they could have expired.

All of my saved drafts using the ebay app are gone using my kindle fire !! They are still on my android !! All of your drafts and mine are on the ebay seller page !!! Under drafts . And I'm not a happy person !! And that's not a good thing !!

Let me correct that last post. Using the ebay app I have no more saved drafts on either my kindle fire or my android !! PICS are on the android but when I click on the drafts it says I have no saved drafts !! Poof Gone !! Just Fabulous !!

Hi @nicolab3465, this is a known issue that we are working on resolving currently. I have added you to our list of impacted sellers. While there is no workaround at the moment, you should still be able to start a new listing from scratch if you have something to sell. Keep me posted if anything changes on this issue and I will update our tech teams.

Hi Trinton

The problem is that I paid a friend's daughter to photo stuff and save as drafts over two mornings and there are only 3 drafts I can access and yet Ebay tells me there are 20 saved.  This basically means I have paid her and have virtually nothing to show from it because of this problem at Ebay so I am left out of pocket.  The reason she was doing it to help me is because I don't have any time so I cannot recreate all those listings all over again. 

I am now going to have to put all the stuff away because we have people here over Easter and it will live in boxes again forever.  I am so fed up with dealing with issues that are caused by others but which cause me massive problems.  The one thing I do not have is time.  Will I be able to access the missing drafts once Ebay has fixed this?

That might depend on how old the drafts are by the time this is fixed, but that is just speculation on my part.  Trinton will have the best answer for you.

This is frustrating, I know, but hopefully they can get it fixed soon.
