Slow Sales, But Still Coming In At Least, Better Than Nothing!

FYI sellers come here every single day asking/reporting/complaining about slow sales.

It's kinda normal.

Ebays clueless IT changes to the site has causes the search engine to not work for at least from what I can see Saturday 2/4/23  . Our sales have crashed over 40% since then and have lost at least 2 grand this week alone.   I cant find most of my product doing searches on my back end so obviously customers have a much lower chance to see your product.   Just like ebay always says.   " Its not you its us"

Sales should be up around this time... it's tax return season (for most people..... not me.... I always have to send the IRS money).

My sales were hot last week until the glitch Friday and then it tanked. I can't find some items in my own store without at least 3 words in the heading.

That is about when our store slowed to a crawl, hopefully fixed soon, paying bills becomes hard without sales.

We have experienced the same, from same time frame, ebay should be refunding the time were not selling due to their mistake.

Yes they do, and it does help with exposure, as I'm sure you know.
