Sales suck!!!

I don't know what's happened to EBAy e in the past few weeks. My sales, if this was an ekg would show a flatline!! Whereas I used to occasionally have a flood, now I have not even a trickle. Terrible. I'm wondering if the politics on tv are holding people's attention!! Usually, I notice when there are big headlines in the news, my sales slump. I miss those few dollars income here and there. Now not here nor there!!!

I really hate reading half way through a thread to figure out...oh geez, this is over a year old.

It seems to be thinking more for me instead.  

I typed vintage santa and it brought up victoria's secret.

I typed niece and it brought up nice.

In each case, I did not make a typing mistake but was typing what I wanted to search for.

Just my observations.

I would like to add that I have NEVER searched under victoria's secret or nice before.  Trust me, I have no personal use for Victoria's Secret!  

Have noticed that some searches do not seem to be as fruitful, but if you click on a specific listings, there are many more shown on the page that were not seen otherwise.

Also some broad categories are changed to a much narrower category; however, I don't want to see just those in the narrow category, I want to see those in all categories for a wider variety.  So then I need to change back to all categories.

Also, using USA only brings up China sellers.

These do not always have locations in the US, either; listing shows China locations and user profile shows, Based in China,...

I am thinking of going elsewhere. Lots of marketplaces that Dont charge as much as e bay. No one I knows buys on ebay anymore because they dont trust them. Ebay is full of counterfeit **bleep**. Broken **bleep**. Spoiled **bleep**. Expired **bleep**. Cheap **bleep** and some of the sellers Dont even have to give you a way to contact them anymore.

I try to buy things I need on ebay too but I have received such garbage lately....except for some great energizer watch batteries I have been buying at amazon or Walmart .....

That's funny. I was just going to post that one guy that was complaining had a pretty good month so far, over $500. Many of the posters from a year ago are still selling. I guess it's good therapy.
